Making a comment that says things such as Manchester matters supporters are most likely regarded as one of the most frustrated groups of supporters during each transfer window within  the past four years surely must be regarded as a massive understatement.          The fact is that Manchester United fan base has consistently watched their club make promises of positive changes which will return Manchester United to the status of being crowned Premier League champions and UEFA Champions League champions yet Manchester United has failed to deliver in the past four years at least.
