MANCHESTER UNITED SUMMER TRANSFER BUSINESS POTENTIALLY OVER

When talking about issues concerning the transfer window, Manchester United has always been a club that expects to deliver the targeted players during transfer season. In the past two years, Manchester United have done a decent job of making sure that they as a football club have added at least one name that will ultimately improve the level of performance displayed on the field night in, night out. From the signing of the talented Anthony Martial to the unveiling of one of the biggest name in French football today Paul Pogba as a certified Manchester United player once again back in 2016, Manchester United has always strived to improve the squad they have throughout the transfer window.

So what will be the outcome of Manchester United's upcoming 2019/20 season after failing to secure a single big-name midfielder during the 2019 summer transfer window? Well if any spectator who had the opportunity to listen to Manchester United manager Ole Gunner Solskjaers recent interview on the Manchester United fans can expect from Manchester United in regards to the final days left in the transfer window, the fans might be little to nothing from their clubs in terms of signing one or two new players before the summer transfer window officially closes in September. Manchester United have been working on few deals this summer in an attempt to boost their squad with names such as Paulo Dybala, Nicolas Pepe and Bruno Fernandes all wanted by Manchester United at one point or another this summer. With Manchester United manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer determined to deliver one or two major trophies back to Old Trafford next season no doubt capturing one more major signing this summer can play a major role in Manchester United will play a major in Manchester United's 2019/20 season.

However, as we approach the end of the summer, Manchester United appear destined to end the summer with the addition of James, Aaron Wan Bissaka and, lest we forget, the recently acquired Harry McGuire from Leicester City. Via any new shock signing, Manchester United summer look all done and there will be no more signings until January 2020. Or will there be a new signing after all? Not to say that the signings that Manchester United have made this summer are in inadequate or easy to come by. Far from it. The signing of the lastest player Harry McGuire is more than enough to show the level of effort the club is willing to dedicate to get their target in each transfer window.

Going into each transfer window, the sole purpose of putting the football club in the best possible position to seriously challenge opponents in every possible competition for the right to be called champions at the end of each season appears to be Manchester United's sole motivator for each transfer window. As far as the 2019 summer transfer window is concerned, manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer appears to have one final card tucked up his sleeve as Manchester United look to capture one final signing before the transfer window closes on September.

Manchester United have searched the past month of July for the right, final, signing of the summer and the search appears to have landed the club right at the steps of Tottenham star Christian Eriksen. Reports from seemingly reliable sources claim that Manchester United have begun to ponder the possibility of bidding am an undisclosed fee for the Denish midfielder with Tottenham seemingly open to doing the deal with Manchester United other reports claiming that Tottenham already has a replacement for Christian Eriksen in mind in Barcelona midfielder Philipe Coutinho. While Manchester United might be serious about launching an attempted bid for Totenhams Denish midfielder, Manchester United are also predicting an automatic bid rejection from Tottenham. As a result, The Red Devils are prepared to turn their attention else for answers during the last weeks of the summer transfer window.

From all indication of Manchester United's activities during the summer transfer window, the club appears to be aware of the level of players the Red Devils are in search of this summer to improve the Manchester United squad moving into next season and hence Manchester United appeared to have had their mindset on negotiating for top developing players, negotiating for top already made talents within a reasonable price range this summer or nothing at all. However, knowing the level of players you want in the club and being able to sign the players you want in the club are two completely different things as Manchester United have discovered during the 2019 summer transfer window.

With the evidence of the gaps witnessed between Manchester United's last two signings, Manchester United will more than likely complete one more signing in the summer of 2019 and the signs point to 33-year-old Mario Manzukic being the final move to Manchester United's chess game during this summers transfer window. In a deal between Manchester United and Juventus that seemed certain to see Juventus forward Paulo Dybala and Romelu Lukaku swap teams this summer, newest reports suggest Pâulo Dybala will not be parting ways with the I bianconeri`s this summer. Instead, it will be another Juventus player in Mario Manzukic whom will be making his way to Old Trafford to possibly become manager Ole Gunner Solskjaers final signing of the summer. A fee of around 6.2 million dollars has apparently been agreeing between Juventus and Manchester United that will now see Mario Madzukic become manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer final signing of the summer. With the Manchester United fans urging the club to secure one top talent this summer, the fans appear content yet dissatisfied with Manchester United's transfer window this 2019 summer.
