MANCHESTER UNITED EXECUTIVE VICE CHAIRMAN EXPECTED TO LAUNCH LEGAL ACTION IN RESPONSE TO RECENT EVENT

In the case of the recent event involving Manchester United, a serious consequence in the form of a massive lawsuit appears to be the aftermath of the attack carried out against Manchester United's Executive Vice-Chairman Ed Woodward. During this past January 2020, numerous reports and exclusive contents had been spread across various media outlets with the topic of discussion being a despicable attack that was carried out by some people yet to be identified by the Authorities.  

  

The culprits were understood to have made their way down to the Manchester United vice presidents home and launched a couple of flares into Ed Woodwards front yard followed by a couple of regulatory words reportedly heard coming from the delinquents as they made their way away from the scene of the crime. A couple weeks after the incident took place, the English police authorities have yet to make any arrests regarding the case and the Sun English Newspaper has remained firm on the organizations stance to defend the identity of the Journalist responsible for capturing the incident on camera claiming the Journalist had not broken any laws as the right of freedom of press allows the Journalist to take pictures without fear of persecution.  

Despite the refusal to release the name of the journalists present during the incident with The Sun newspaper standing firm on the right to defend the freedom of their Journalists, the Sun newspaper continues to insist that the Newspaper organization condemns the actions carried out on the Woodward resident and further insists that The Sun newspaper is completely open to assisting on the ongoing investigation towards the attack on the Woodward residence.  

From the information gathered by the ManchesterUnitedPost, this case presents a very ambiguous case for two main parties involved in the situation. In regards to the case of the violent actions carried out by the unidentified football fans towards the Ed Woodwards residents there is clearly two situations that plays a major role in finding answers to the event that took place this past month who were the culprits: why is the journalist whom was present at the scene still hesitant to release the pictures of the culprits which the Journalist surely captured to the authorities and offered assistance in identifying the culprits responsible even if the Journalist retains the right to keep his own identity a secret in the process?  

With the two facts of how the Sun Newspaper journalist was present at the scene before the start of the incident and the presumption that the Sun Newspaper Journalist who had taken the pictures during the incident is currently unable to identify the culprits leaves questions as to just how innocent the Journalist present at the scene was?  

While the investigation continues, comments and response gotten from Manchester United ambassadors such as ex-players as well as response received from numerous Manchester United supporters suggests that while Manchester United club ambassadors and Manchester United fans do not condone such acts, there appears to be a level of understanding as to were the frustration might be coming from.  

According to respondents to the news coming from a majority of Manchester United fans, the Manchester United community appears to have frowned upon the action taken by the culprits involved in the act insisting that such acts are completely against what Manchester United fan base is about.  

The rumored news circulating around social media appears to be that several critiques from the Manchester United fan base are insisting that the entire situation is an elaborate plan instigated by the Sun newspaper to gather more readers and viewers towards the Sun news stream.  

With investigation still ongoing and the truth yet to be completely reveled, what the ManchesterUnitedPost has been able to understand from the situation is while Manchester United fans and everyone involved with the football club continue to frown upon such illegal acts, the demand for further progress delivered on the football pitch through strong business carried out by Manchester United football club during upcoming transfer windows has not diminished.  

Sympathy and consolations have been shown to vice-chairman Ed Woodward and his family towards the vulgar chants carried out by alleged Manchester United supporters as the majority of Manchester United ambassador continue to speak out against such violent acts and continue to hope for the authorities to bring everyone involved in the act to justice. This appears to be the unanimous opinion amongst sports analysts, sports journalists and Manchester United fans in regards to the neanderthal actions displayed in front of ED Woodwards residents this past January.   

However, agreement towards deeming such vulgar words and vulgar actions as unacceptable in the Manchester United community appears to the only situation the entire Manchester United community can agree on with debates and differences of opinion continuing to exist in the English sports media and within Manchester United community.   

Frequent questions have been raised steadily and rigorously in regards to whether the level of improvements made to the Manchester United squad by ED Woodward and the Glazers this past January 2020 transfer will be enough to land Manchester United one of the Champions League spots in the Premier League table  

Good start but a little more is needed during the upcoming 2020 summer appears to be the approach a few football analysts and many Manchester United fans appear to be echoing as the 2019/20 season continues. Frustration, disappointment, and excitement have been the complete mixture of feelings for Manchester United as the season edges closer to the end.  

Should the recent act of misconduct have indeed been carried out by a few Manchester United fans, then a few Manchester United fans have certainly taken the wrong approach in expressing their frustration towards the club Board of Directors and hopefully justice have or justice will be served to people responsible. Nevertheless the recent activities that have transpired between Manchester United Board of Directors and the Manchester United fan base is a clear indication that a little more improvement during the 2020 Summer transfer window is what the fans are expecting from the Manchester United board of directors. While talks continue to circulate about an exit for Paul Pogba during the 2020 summer transfer window, there is also rumored talks between Manchester United representative and Paul Pogba over another contract extension.  

Should Manchester United be intent on making a serious run for trophies next season, the goal before next season must be to retain the services of both Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba after the upcoming 2020 Summer transfer window.
