There is a little sense of joy received from situations such as when certain topics that were talked about in one or two articles published on the Manchester United Channel website are now being discussed by part of the larger Manchester United audience.

The fact of the matter is that Manchester United related news and Manchester United related topic are what has been promoted on this website and as we progress into the future Manchester United Channel will continue to deliver articles based on issues which though controversial issues the controversy does not make any of these issues less true.

Let this point be made clear that Manchester United Channel has never had an issue being one of the few minority outlets speaking out and delivering articles circulating around these controversial issues. However, the fact of the matter is, bigger issues such as the issue of Racism and Sexism in women's football which is the main point revolving at the center of tonight's article needs to be discussed by as many sports outlets as possible for serious conversations to be had on how to fix the problem to make sure the problem does not reoccur in the future.

There won`t be any beating around the bush in this article, let`s just dive right into this issue by introducing the topic of this article as the blinded racism subtly present in the method used to put together each Manchester United team.

Now in fairness, two points must be mentioned that one- not all Manchester United have unknowingly let Racism hinder the team creation process at  Manchester United and the second point is that Manchester United FC, in general, has at least acted and spoken out against Racism in recent times. However, this stops the fact that during important decision-making periods, particularly during the January and summer transfer windows.

What stirred up the idea to make the issue of Racism the main topic of this week`s midweek article at Manchester United Channel? Well besides the fact that Racism is an important issue facing not just the world of sports but the world in general, this article is based on the information recently received straight from the words of Manchester United women’s team manager Casey Stoney.

Right off the bat, let this notion be clear that Manchester United Channel agrees with the comments from the Manchester United Women’s team manager and this article is about elaborating a little on thoughts expressed by manager Casey Stoney.

In all honesty, this is now a topic that sounds quite repetitive and while the repetitive factor is in fact very active when issues such as this are brought up, the fact of the matter is that topics such as the main topic of tonight's article continue to be discussed because these issues still exist within football and this issues still exist within Manchester United football club.

A lot of analysts will prefer not to speak strongly about topics such as this and some of the top sports journalists will prefer not to spend too much time on issues such as racism and sexism in modern football as most Sports journalist will continue to insist that Racism and Sexism are a thing of the past especially in the case of the Women’s league.

However, little shreds of evidence such as cyber-attacks on Black footballers which has now been discovered as an act that has long existed in the Barclays Women’s League erases the notion of Racism and Sexism in the English women’s League as a NEW issue.

The fact of the matter is that these issues are the ones that subtly play part in hindering the success of not just the Manchester United men’s team but the recent information revealed that tonight’s headline topic also exists within the Manchester United women’s team. Disappointing revelation in the short term but more importantly, this is a revelation that must be addressed and hopefully provides possible solution moving forward

Back to the topic and as previously mentioned in the earlier paragraph, Manchester United Channel recently stumbled across a little bit of information regarding Racism and how the issue of Racism has once again shown its ugly face within the confines of Manchester United football club.

In the early period of March 2021, Manchester United Channel had discussed the topic of racism and how the topic has subtly played a role in some of the criticism wrongly presented against some of the players within the current Manchester United men`s team.

Heading into March 2021, Manchester United Channel stumbled across yet another similar story but this time, the target of the recent Racist comment is unfortunately one of the strikers within the Manchester United women`s team.

The name of the player will not be mentioned in tonight`s article but what is important to mention is the topic of Racism has played a role in the most recent positive comment delivered by Manchester United manager Casey Stoney in an interview conducted in early March 2021.

The fact of the matter is that is nothing wrong with being a white male footballer or white female footballer wearing the Manchester United playing for Manchester United and there is certainly nothing wrong with being a black football player playing for the Manchester United women's team or nothing wrong with being a black football player playing for the Manchester United men’s team.

The issue of racism manifests itself in the requirements and selection process taking place at Manchester United during the transfer window where most of the players whom Manchester United have frequently shown the most interest in signing for both the Manchester United men`s team and for the Manchester United women’s team have predominantly been Caucasian players in recent history.

The Red Devils must address this issue of team building based on subtle racism to allow the club to broaden its horizon in search of extra talents if the club really intends to strengthen the 30-player squad during the upcoming 2021 summer transfer window.

Manchester United men and women’s team have displayed massive progress in both their respective leagues this season. However, as both the Manchester United's women’s team and the Manchester United men’s team prepare to jump into the 2021 summer transfer window, the interesting part will come after the 2021 Summer transfer window closes as we get a complete look at what the Manchester United Women’s team and what the Manchester United Men’s team look like at the start of the 2021/22 season for both the Barclays Women’s Soccer League and the English Premier League.

The reality is that as far as what actions will be taken in the summer transfer window concerning embracing more diversity in the men’s game as well as embracing diversity in the women’s game- will both the Manchester United Men's team and the Manchester United Women’s team decide to do business this 2021 Summer transfer window at all, to begin with, this summer?

The decisions made towards new possible signings this summer will reveal if the Manchester United transfer window has indeed embraced a more diverse approach during the 2021 summer transfer window.
