MANCHESTER UNITED READY TO LEAVE KEY PLAYERS WITHIN THE MANCHESTER UNITED WOMENS' TEAM IN CONTRACT LIMBO (Part 3)

Part 3 (Part 1 & 2 of article on Manchester United Channel website)

The projection of a potential 7th place spot for the Red Devils within the next few seasons if Manchester United do not improve the Manchester United women's team regularly is based on the fact that with each failure Manchester United accommodate for themself by refusing to sign or resign quality players on a longer-term contract increases the level of risk of progressing towards potential future success.

A high risk which Manchester United will accommodate for the Manchester United Womens’ team if the Manchester United board is intent on sitting back and refusing to inject fresh new talents into the Manchester United women's team as much as possible during each transfer window.

As already mentioned, the project of turning this Manchester United women's team into potential champions for the future does not lie in signing players alone, the completion of this project will also require the Manchester United Board to do the job of also retaining the quality players within the current Manchester United women's team on a longer-term basis.

This will require that the Manchester United board makes sure that the upper management at Leah Sports Village keeps an eye on players heading towards expiring contracts and the Manchester United board subsequently initiates a contract renewal process as quickly as possible.

This process will allow the constant retention of quality players within this Manchester United women's team while run test by United frequently injects new talent into the Manchester United women team in areas within the team where quality appears a little bit depleted.

Should the Manchester United Board fail to accomplish the tasks of adding new quality players and should the Manchester United Bold Board fail at completing the task of retaining the quality players within this Manchester United women's team while simultaneously adding more quality players when necessary within each upcoming transfer windows for the Manchester United Womens' team, the Red Devils run the risk of watching teams such as Tottenham and Reading- whom already keeping pace with this Manchester United women's team in the Barclays FA Women Table -move ahead and surpass the Manchester United women's team.

An outcome that will most likely come about as a result of the constant improvements these teams are consistently implementing into their respective Womens' team before the start of each season in the quest for top success.

The growing competitive nature of the Barclays FA women's Super League mixed with Manchester United's inability to. continuously improving the Manchester United women's team in areas where improvements are necessary will most likely leave the Red Devils liable to find themselves drifting further away from any potential chance the Red Devils have of lifting the Barclays FA Women Super League trophy.

As a result of the growing insurgence of quality female players coming into Barclays FA Women's Super League competition due to the leagues' continuous rise in Global popularity, competitions for positions within the top five spots of the Barclays FA Women's Super League table is set to intensify even further in the next few years.

This then is potentially set to leave the Manchester United Women's team in danger of finding themselves drifting away from the top three spots of the Barclays FA Women's Super League table Instead of making a search into the top 3 spots of the Barclays FA Women’s Super League table if steady improvements in areas within this Manchester United women's team are not delivered when necessary.

Steady improvements when needed in areas showing some signs of Insufficient quality delivered on the pitch by the Manchester United Women's team need to be addressed in the transfer window if the Manchester United Women's is to have any chance of standing their ground and battling with the Giants of the Barclays FA Women's Super League

Consistent improvement is certainly necessary if the Manchester United Women's team are to not only qualify for the Champions League.

Also, implementing the right level of improvements in the form of acquiring players, when necessary, with the intent of injecting quality in specific areas within the Manchester United Women's team and instigating the retention of quality players in the Manchester United Women's team are necessary actions which will certainly be needed if the Manchester United women's team are to make some progress in the form of attaining UEFA Champions League. Qualification.

These actions are also necessary steps that need to be taken if the Manchester United Womens' team are to find themselves lifting the Barclays FA Women's Super League trophy within the next three seasons to come.

Has Manchester United FC done enough to expect progress in the form of Champions League qualification at the end of this season at the very least from the Manchester United women's team considering the recent improvements which the upper management at Manchester United Football Club as a whole has Injected so far into the Manchester United Women's team?

Yes, the Manchester United Board has indeed displayed some level of impressive intent for the Manchester United Women's team success. In fact, the recent improvements injected into the Manchester United women's team by the Manchester United Board can be seen as strong intent at the very least shown by the Manchester United Board to put this Manchester United women's team on the right track to achieving top success soon.

Have the Manchester United Board injected enough improvements so far to at least see some level of growth towards success for the Manchester United Women's team?

Yes! Manchester United Board has indeed done well so far with the improvement the club has implemented into the Manchester United women's team.

The introduction of quality players such as Vilde Boa Rissa, Aoife Mannion, Marta Thomas, and Hannah Blundell not to mention the extra additional qualities current on loan players such as Diane Caldwell, Signe Bruun and. Jade More also brings to this Manchester United team.

The introduction of these extra quality players into the Manchester United women's team have certainly seen the quality received from the Manchester United Womens team display a major boost on the field. A major boost in quality received from a team which was already displaying good quality on the pitch before the recent additions the Manchester United Board had made during the 2022 January transfer window might be the reason why a small portion of the current analysts within the women's game is looking at the Manchester United women's team as a possible candidate who can elevate themselves into the top three categories in the Barclays FA women Super League table.

However, the roadblock which appear to be currently limiting the Manchester United Women's team from living up to their high potential is that despite all the progress the club has made so far in terms of improving the Manchester United women's team, Manchester United foòtball club itself continues to limit the success of the Manchester United Womens' team by decapitating the Manchester United women's team in some crucial areas on the field.

In other words, The Manchester United Board is still unable to provide the Manchester United women's team with the backup quality needed in a few quality deprived areas within this Manchester United Womens team which will allow the Red Devils maintain the steady quality needed during games when certain key players are struggling to produce the right level of top quality needed throughout the season.

The presence of extra quality players in the bench enables steady rotation or substitutions throughout the season without having the Manchester United women's team experience a deflated rate of quality for long stretches of the season as a result of tiredness or fatigue experienced by players who have played an extensive number of games throughout the season.

As we speak, the Manchester United Womens' team has a total number of one right back in Ona Battle who has entered the final contract with her contract set to expire this 2022 summer season.

According to the information received so far in regards to this situation, there is absolutely no conversation currently taking place between Manchester United and players such as Ona Battle, Jackie Groanen, Katie Zelem, and Millie Turner at the moment in regards to a new, Substantial Long term. contract presented to the player.
