Manchester United Erik Ten Hag Rebuild continues As The Manchester United Dutch Manager Continues To Face A Series Of Stumbling Blocks- The Marcus Rashford Conundrum Addressed (Part 11)

The important question is- What does holding Marcus Rashford accountable for the standard of football displayed by the English forward to Manchester United on the pitch have to do with unwarranted criticism being transferred into Marcus Rashford's personal life?

Last time an accurate, unbiassed, survey was conducted, the value level and the level of quality each player generates was only accounted for by what the player can display on the football pitch as personal lives are ultimately described as an error, which delves beyond the borders of journalistic restrictions unless the piece being created is centered specifically around the personal lives of a football player.

In other words, coming from the aspect of journalistic integrity and addressing what is allowed to be talked about and what is off the table as far as any footballer is concerned, drawing the line between a player's personal life and the life of a footballer on the pitch should 1always be maintained and it's quite interesting that some players have forgotten that there are still legal ramifications to what a journalist can write and what a journalist should keep off the papers.

Yet at Manchester United and within the almighty country (sarcasm implied) called England, UK, just a simple whiff of information that implies Marcus Rashford may or may not have made the mistake of visiting a nightclub a few days before a big match in the 2023/24 FA Cup game and it's light out- Marcos Rashford automatically becomes a blacklisted player portrayed as an issue at Manchester United.

Talk about Marcus Rashford lighting the fuse meant to blast down a wall that was barely holding back a Battalion of British Media and a battalion of the Manchester United circle (Even the fans with minimal football knowledge of what it actually takes to generate top success in modern game of football) both of whom simply want to see the downfall of yet another dog-skinned Manchester United player who has managed through self-owned talent and through self-improvement to make himself one of the biggest players in the history of Manchester United football club.

Manchester United and the media have managed to present the case that the demand and the continuous criticism aimed at the direction of Marcus Rashford is not based on any level of discrimination, but simply based on the sole purpose of wanting the sea and elite player to reach the potential of dragging the football club the top success. in the same thought process displayed by the Manchester United fans base. The English media basically demanded that a player lead Manchester United to the promised land all on his own, Manchester United fans and the English media have conveniently overlooked the hypocrisy of their so-called fair demand to see their elite players lead Manchester United to success in the sense that while Marcus Rashford continued to be overburdened with demands, players such as Alejandro Guanajuato Scott Mctominay and most notably Antony are allowed to clock in their one standout performance per month.

Once the one standard game has been delivered, players such as Alejandro Ganacho, Antony, Casemiro, and Scott Mctominay confidently got handed the pass by the British media, the Football statisticians, and the Manchester United circle to cruise through the rest of the month with mediocre football. In contrast, the question of whether or not these players are consistently meeting the standard at Manchester United every week conveniently disappears each and every week until players such as Alejandro GanachoCasemiro, Scott Mctominays and of course, the Antony- and a few other players who get paid big bucks at Manchester United finally manage to put up their one or two standout game per month Once again for Erik Ten Hag. Following the delivery of the one standard game from these players per month the English media and the Manchester United fan base ignite the act of parading the names of these players like heroes in Greek mythology with no level of accountability implemented on the shoulders of these specific players

All this hypocrisy taking place while, at the same time, Marcus Rashford is conveniently put on the ringer, all in the name of holding all Manchester United players “equally accountable

Did Marcus Rashford acknowledge his mistake of heading to a bar in the middle of the week? Yes, he did!

Has Marcus Rashford subsequently moved forward two months after Marcus Rashford visited 2 bars in Belfast by delivering a standout performance for Manchester United in the next few games this season even though the Manchester United men's team midfield is currently categorized as one of the lowest in terms of creativity and in terms of ball progression this 2023/24 season??

Absolutely! In fact, looking at the goal contribution generated by Marcus Rashford since his return to action after serving his match bans for his recent nightclub incidents, the English forward has clocked in a total of six goals and six assists as of early May 2024.

What's the statistics of other Manchester United players who have played more games than Marcus Rashford?

Players such as Alejandro Ganacho has managed to clock in seven goals and three assists in 36 matches played for the Manchester United men's team in all competitions this season and Antony has managed a whopping one goal and one assist in 28 appearances this season for Manchester United.

Impressive, right?

These statistics, as far as Marcus Rashford is concerned have logically, if anyone is emerging from an unbiased perspective, presented the case that Marcus Rashford has still maintained the standard required at Manchester United, even if there can be a level of agreement that the player is yet to manage the standard expected of an elite player.

However, given the general narrative surrounding the Manchester United men's team with the narrative generated from a statistical standpoint illuminating the reality that the Manchester United men's team is currently still a team that together has so far been unable to match the standards expected of any potential team capable of achieving top success in English domestic football and because the Manchester United men's team are currently still a team which in Unicent has so far been unable to match the standard of a team capable of achieving top success in the European level as well, the point of Marcus Rashford being put through the sword alone no concept of holding a team accountable together.

If the concept of consistently singling out Marcus Rashford and If the concept of consistently criticizing Marcus Rashford specifically for the lack of success generated by a Manchester United team that has not been able to display itself as a top-caliber team for a decade does not fall under the category of biased criticism routed in discrimination, then what else can this possibly be categorized as?

Player targeting perhaps?

Right! because changing the word makes the entire concept completely different.
