Manchester United New Ownership Sector Unravels As Plans For The Future Of Manchester United Under The Glazers And INEOS Co- Ownership Dynamic Unravels- Part 8

The middle of February 2024 turned out to be an essential timeline for Manchester United as that was the period when the acquisition of 27% rights over ownership of Manchester United Football Club was officially signed, sealed, and acquired by long-time aspirant Sir Jim Ratcliffe the famous CEO Billionaire of INEOS Company. Up until now. the confirmed intent of the INEOS consortium led by Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Sir Jim Ratcliffe's right-hand man Sir David Brailsford has simply been to acquire ownership of Manchester United Football Club to invest into the club to take the club into the “next level.

With such a vague reason provided as to why INEOS CEO Sir Jim Ratcliffe had been basically obsessed with the concept of acquiring ownership of Manchester United, a lot of people asked the question of what exactly is the next level that the English CEO intended to see Manchester United reach and with Sir Jim Ratcliffe still confirmed as intent on not investing a large portion of his £16 billion assets to clear the current existing £1 billion debt which lay in waiting within Manchester United Football Clubs`

Financial ledger, the possibility that the now completed minority stake ownership over Manchester United acquired by Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Sir David Brailsford which gives the INEOS consortium complete autonomy over everything involving the football sector at Manchester United will lead to each of the teams at Manchester United moving forward to generate top success in terms of winning major trophies and the possibility that the now completed minority stake ownership over Manchester United acquired by Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Sir David Brailsford will lead to improvements generated by Manchester United football club as a whole in terms of the elite, quality, football consistently played by the Manchester United men's team, the Manchester United Women's team and the Manchester United Academy team is a prospect which continues to generate a lot of pessimism within the Manchester United Football Circle.

However, one thing has been confirmed which is that the now completed ownership merger established within Manchester United Football Club between the Glazers and the INEOS sector has been established based on one purpose which is to see Manchester United simply get back to winning football and to see all aspects the Manchester United reach the intended goal of becoming one of the most successful teams in England and Europe throughout the future.

With this in mind. the INEOS consortium has certainly wasted no time in actively deploying their plan to improve Manchester United into a successful Football club set to make its way back into the pinnacle of world football as one of the leading powerhouses in the modern-day game of football with the first step towards achieving this massive goal unraveled in the form of the Manchester United new ownership relieving a good portion of former active members within the Manchester United executive front from duty.

Executive personnel such as former CEO of Manchester United Richard Arnold and many other executives were handed a rapid notice that they were to be relieved of duty weeks or a couple of months following Sir Jim Ratcliffes' complete acquisition of 27% stake ownership over Manchester United.

Following the removal of former Manchester United executive personnel who had been deemed as largely Ineffectiveduring the time spent by these former Manchester United executives as members of the Manchester United executive sector, the new Manchester United co-ownership specifically Sir Jim Ratcliffe and the INEOS sector has moved forward to subsequentially replace these former Manchester United executives with new faces such as Jean Claude Blanc as part of the new Football Advisory Committee add Manchester United and more importantly the introduction of the INEOS Consortium is the existing ownership sector in charge of the football department at Manchester United has led to the appointment of a new Manchester United CEO in Dan Ashworth.

Subsequentially, the appointment of Dan Ashworth as the new football director at Manchester United Football Club has certainly made an impact on Manchester United the appointment of Dan Ashworth understood to have already generated massive expectations within the Manchester United circle Manchester United director of football is already projected to be a man who will more than likely make the right messaging moves to generate success within Manchester United as the expectation of what impact then Ashworth can have at Manchester United has already validated courtesy of the level of impact Dan Ashwood had made during his time as the CEO of  Newcastle Football Club.

Understandably, there was a huge level of resistance from the Newcastle internal sector to let such an effective football director depart a growing and progressing Newcastle circle.

However, the final decision regarding Dan Ashworth relinquishing the role of football director within the Executive sector of a growing and progressing Newcastle Football Club had ultimately fallen on the lap of Dan Ashworth himself with the English CEO ultimately having decided that he was ready to make the next step in his career as CEO of club. Subsequent understanding had also emerged that the attraction of taking the role of CEO of Manchester United Football Club had proven to be too much of an enticing challenge which CEO Dan Ashworth simply could not pass off.

While the conversation of Dan Ashworth now taking the role within the Manchester United Executive chambers will be picked up throughout the future in a future article to come, some points will be presented here one of which being that Manchester United's new dual ownership sector has ultimately put the brakes on assembling the new emerging Manchester United executive chambers with new faces all around the Executive panel as of middle of March 20224.

As of the duration late 2023 to late March 2024, Manchester United's executive sector, particularly the INEOS consortium who are in charge of the football department at Manchester United, has yet again made new improvements to the Manchester United executive sector in the form of newly appointed personnel who are now actively taking part in the ongoing rebuild of Manchester United Football club from an executive perspective.

Before the recent appointment of Dan Ashworth as the football director at Manchester United, Manchester United executives had already made a similar important Chess piece move in the assembly of the new Manchester United executive sector with the INEOS consortium In conjunction with the Glazers having made the crucial move of appointing efficient advisor Jean Laurent Blanc as the now active strategic advisor at Manchester United with Jean Laurent Blanc into the Manchester United new executive sector.

The expectation is that the French Football expert will offer knowledgeable advice to Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Sir David Brailsford In terms of what important actions need to be taken within Manchester United on a football level to improve the level of football seen at Manchester United from a decent level to a possible elite level capable of generating top success within Manchester United for the future In various departments of Manchester United Football Club.
