New Faces Should Mean Equal Play Time

With the new signings made by the new manager; Loui Van Gaal, the problem facing Manchester United Right now is not if Manchester United are good enough to win the premiership this season or is Manchester United capable of qualifying for the champions league next season, rather, the most important questions which should be addressed is how are we going to fit all the players into the team and keep all of them happy?

The answer is simple, rotation and equal opportunity. If we look at all 30 players in Manchester United, there is no denying that most of players in the team are capable of creating goals for themselves and for their team members there's no doubt about that but all the players can't all player at the same time. I think the coach should be able to sit all the players down and introduce the rotation policy to the players; this means that if a player plays a full 90 minutes in one match, that player should be rested for the next match allowing another player to play in the next match. For example, if Rooney and James Wilson are the  starting in a match this weekend, next weekend Martial and Depay should start the next match and the weekend after that Mata and Rooney starts as the attacking players, this way there is balance in the team, every player is happy and no player would want to leave the club. By rotating the players, the team will be balanced, there will be more versatility and energy in every player on the team which will help create more goal scoring chances in every part of the field, help reduce the level of injured players in the team and will also help prevent the team from conceding lots of goals. Not only will this policy help the team win but it will also make the players happy to be at the club because the rotation policy will not just create equal chances for every player in the team but it will make the players feel appreciated by the club and by the fans.
