THURSDAYS EUROPA LEAGUE ACTION SPELLS TROUBLE AT OLD TRAFFORD

   It’s Thursday so as far as football fans are concerned, it’s time to turn all our attention from the drama of the Champions League yesterday to the excitement of the UEFA Europa League today. After crashing out of the champions League Group Stage earlier this year and failing to close up the gap between us and the top four positions in the Premier League Table it appears  that our only chance of returning to the champions League next season will be by winning the Europa League for direct qualification.

     Inaccurate passes from the team during the game was partly the reason for the loss.
                                          

Sergio Romero save in second half being the main highlight for the team
spells serious trouble for the team in terms of attacking ability.   
Sergio romero could be  important to team and should have more playing time. He has a chance to be the number one shot stopper and show his ability in goal due to De Gea injury.
                                   

Memphis chance to take due to rooney injury but besides his goal in the first half, he was ineffective throughout the game
                                   

Ander Herrera's performance before being substituted was simply lackluster and had no quality.

  Todays game against Midtjylland FC was simply a justification of how poorly the team has been performing this season. After the loss in last weekends Premier League game against Sunderland, Manchester United fans were hoping that the game against Midtjylland FC would be a chance for the team to try and improve their previous  poor performance against Sunderland last weekend.
    The Loss today has given Midtjylland something to hold to as they make their way into Old Trafford and has left the Old Trafford fans with the fear that the team has lost its ability to be fierce competitors in Europe.
