MEMO TO THE GLAZZERS
Heading into the derby this
past weekend, the main issue Manchester United was facing was not just the
amount of injuries facing the team or Manchester United's exit in the Europa
League at the hands of Arch rivals Liverpool but the news of the recent injury
to Wayne Rooney. Rooney who has made a reputation of constantly producing
goals for the Red Devils during the Manchester Derby was reported to be facing
a knee injury and will be unable to play for the club until April leaving
Manchester United as well as England worried about the effects Rooney's absence
will have in the squad's performance.
However,
Manchester United included Old Trafford's two new Wonder kids Marcus Rashford
and Anthony Martial in the starting line up leaving another equally Sensational
winger Memphis Depay in the bench and that proved to be the right winning
selection for the club as Martial and Rashford were both involved in the goal
that won the match for Manchester United with the Clubs veterans like Michael Carrick
and Chris Smalling stirring the teams plays all through the match. A good
strategy the produced a winning result. So with the winning result the team got
from the Derby which keeps the teams hope for
Champion League qualification next season alive with a few games left
till the end of the season the question to Manchester United owners is will it
be smart for the owners to participate in the transfer window this summer?
Buying and Selling players this summer might break the chemistry in the team so
I suggest to the Glazers to monitor the team this season and be careful not
to rush into any unnecessary transfer activities this Summer. The team is in sync
at the moment so the owners should try not to rush into any quick Buys unless
it’s necessary.
