PROMISING SEASON AHEAD AT OLD TRAFFORD

                  MALTHREATMENTS  &  LOW RESPECT.

Good day everyone and welcome to Redfanblogger. A Blog that  centers on Football and it’s growing popularity around the Globe but to be more specific, this is a Blog that centers on discussing the multiple topics surrounding one of the biggest club in the world: Manchester United.
This weekends as well as next week's topics : How did Schweinsteiger go from winning the world cup to Playing for the Reserve team in Old Trafford .
What is a Dead Wood Player, Should players like Rooney, Young, Jones, Carrick, and Fellaini be Labelled with such disrespectful words and why?
Finally, of course: Pogba Transfer Saga;  is he coming or is he not coming to Manchester United? Do we need him?

Bastian Schweinsteiger is a world class midfielder who has won multiple trophies with previous club FC Bayern Munich. Uefa Champions League Winner, Fifa World Cup Winner, Uefa Super Cup winner, DFL- Supercup winner, DFB-LIGA POKAL Winner, ESM Team of the year award, Footballer of the year Award  in Germany and UEFA Best European Player Award are just some of the award registered Under Schweinsteiger's name during his Illustrious Football Career. So, never mind Manchester United Fans, any Football Lover around the globe would  understand my sense of Confusion and concern for the future of Manchester United when newly appointed Manchester United Manager Jose Mourinho delivered the news that Bastian Schweinsteiger did not just fail to make the bench for the first team but also Schweinsteiger has been demoted to playing for the reserve team at Old Trafford.  Don’t misunderstand, i’ve been a Manchester United fan for at least Ten Years now and do my years of dedication might not earn the same level  of Privilege as other die hard fans who have dedicated twenty to thirty years of love and support to the club, i feel that my years of support has earned me the right to question  any actions taken by the Manager and try to rationalize the benefits of those actions in the club.  To be honest, the only reason I can come up with as to why Mourinho would make such a decision might be Mourinho's Ego because here you have Bastian Schweinsteiger, a quality midfielder who recently gotten over his excitement of putting pen to paper on his move to Manchester United and after just one season, a season which he did a decent job to help Manchester United to the Europa League, climb to 5th place position and clinch the FA Cup trophy. Yes! I will admit that last season Manchester United did not perform to the high standard the Club has delivered to the Old trafford fans around the world but you can not blame on the players and especially cannot put the blame on the shoulders of Schweinsteiger'sHere's a player who not only arrived to a new club a year ago but he arrived in a new country and a new club whose style of play is totally different from what Schweinsteiger has been used to for the past six years, at least, of his Football career and he’s expected to continue high class quality football in Manchester United under one season with little to no spot in the starting line up for the Red Devils, that’s a almost on the realms of impossible expectations wouldn’t Manchester United Fans agree? And now, before the start of second season, the new coach announces that Schweinsteiger has been demoted to reserve team? Yes the media has established that it’s bullying by the manager to the player in an attempt to drive the player away from Old trafford, yes the fans are not happy about it and yes the media has established it’s Unethical. But if a manager has chosen not to change his tyrannical methods of Management and continues to threat the players with Disrespect and yet the fans and Club owners continue to support the manager without cautioning or advertising the Manager to change his attitude, what does this say about the club as a whole and how will this persuade new and existing players to commit their future to club? I feel like this is an issue this is an issue the Board of Directors need to sit down and discuss with Mourinho because if does not start threatening his players and staff with fairness and respect then Manchester United are not only going to be in trouble of losing our players but will also face the trouble of attracting quality players in future.

Everyone is excited about the clubs near future with the signing of Bailey, Mikatarian and Ibrahimovic, the club's short term prospects is blossoming with positivity but what happens in the long run when most of our stars are gone or retired and Manchester United can’t attract the attentions of young star players because of our reputation of mistreating player, what happens then? Pogba, Giggs, Schweinsteiger and in some ways Cristiano Ronaldo are perfect examples of how not to threat loyal workers or players, do we really need any further examples?
Let me take this chance to talk about the New look Manchester United's first game under the new Manager Jose Mourinho in the FA Cup. From what I witnessed the Manchester United looked solid against Leicester city after Jesse Lingard opened up the team's goalscoring account with a little skillful flare with his quick to get pass two Leicester city defenders and still retained his composure to slot the ball past Kasper Schmeichel between the goal post for Leicester City. Every Manchester United player will be important for the club as Manchester united prepare to contained for titles this season.

Leicester city did however strike back by snatching an equalizer through Jamie Vardy in the second half and momentum seemed to swing in Leicester city's favour for some part of the second half but it was Manchester United who had the last laugh after our Captain Wayne Rooney dropped deep to retrieve the ball for the Red Devils, he quickly delivered a pass to the overlapping Antonio Valencia who put on the  pace to beat the Defender in front of him and was still able to deliver a quality cross to the head of the Big striker Ibrahimovic who was too happy to cap up the play with a powerful header directed past the Leicester city goalkeeper to seal the win for Manchester United and open up Mourinho account as Manchester United  Manager by winning a Trophy to start off the season.

Manchester United fans will hope to expect more good performances and one or two more Trophies down the road as season prepares to start off. The club might not win a trophy in the first season but I have enough confidence in the new team and the new coach to expect a Champions League qualification spot next season.

The issue with Juan Mata and Jose Mourinho seemed to be the only news that put a damper to the night and celebration for me. The spaniard was brought on in the 64th minute of the second half for the injured Jesse Lingard who showed he is ready for the season by topping off his delightful dribble from outside the penalty area by slotting the ball past the Leicester City city keeper. But Mata was subbed off for shortly into the game during the 80th minute for Morgan Schneiderlin which brought up the question, Has Mata’s time at Manchester United come to an end? But Mourinho quickly down played the speculation by pointing out that Mata’s height was affecting the players performance in the game and that was the reason why the Manchester United manager felt it was best to take the player back out of the Game
“I need to take off the smallest player because we are expecting a lot of long balls. He is the smallest one”
Jose Mourinho

I don’t know about fans and sports analyst who watched the match today but what transpired between Juan Mata and Mourinho looked to me like a Manager who is trying to show a player that the  player is no longer needed in the club. I really hope that is not the case because I think Mata is a player who can still contribute to future success  for Manchester United.
