NO NEED FOR A NEW TRICKSTER IN OLD TRAFFORD ANYMORE
On July 2016,
Manchester United Board of directors came out and officially announced that
renowned Portuguese Manager Jose Mourinho will officially take over as Manager
of Old Trafford after the club's previous Manager Louis Van Gaal was relinquished
of his duties as Manager of the club simply because Manchester United Board
Members, Staffs, Players and Fans could not tolerate Van Gaals “Process” of
handling the club any longer. Ever since Mourinho took over as General Manager
of the Club he made his intentions clear of turning Manchester United from a washed
up team to rejuvenated, fighting Champions by making five Major signings to
make the clubs intentions of winning titles this season clear bright as
Fluorescent lighting and as serious as a heart attack. He signed the strong,
intelligent, Ivorian defender Eric Bailly to plug up the leak in our
defensive unit, he signed Henrikh Mkhitaryan and brought back Manchester United's
very own Paul Pogba to bring in more flare and quality to the Midfield.
Mourinho then top it all up by signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic, one of the best
strikers in the world to partner up with Wayne Rooney, Anthony Martial , Marcus
Rashford, etc, to galvanize Manchester United's Attack and provide Manchester
United with that extra quality the club has been lacking for a while. I will
admit that i did have my doubts about Mourinho becoming Manchester united's new
manager because of his somewhat personal vendeta with Manchester United and
his quest to stop Manchester United from any competition, be it the Champions
League when Mourinho was the coach of both Real Madrid CF and FC Porto or the
Premier League when he was the famous Chelsea coach that seemed to have the
magic potion that sometimes stopped Sir Alex Ferguson's winning team on it’s tracks.
However, he’s the clubs manager now and the only issue Manchester United should
worry about is not if Manchester United will a title but when will Manchester
United win the Premier League or the Champions League title? This season, next
season or the one after that?
Finally, I know
they was a rumor about FC Barcelona putting one of their Superstar players
Neymar, Messi, Suarez or Rakitic due to the fifa fair play rule which says that
a club is only allowed to have a certain number of superstar players in their
roaster but i doubt that will result to Barcelona selling any of their star
players, I don't think there is any truth to that or to the rumour that Manchester
United especially with the new addition that Mourinho has brought the team. So
for now, let’s just relax and watch the Manchester Derby today.
