WHAT WAS FERGIES SECRET?

         What was Fergie’s secret?  How did Sir Alex Ferguson successfully lead Manchester United to at least eight titles while he was Manager at Old Trafford? Yes, Sir Alex Ferguson was lucky enough to have quality star players Eric Cantona, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer , Andy Cole, Dwight York, Paul Schools, Diego Forlan and of cause Cristiano Ronaldo. Players that can pick up the ball from anywhere around the field and change the tempo of the game quickly.
                                                       

       So, If it’s the quality players that Sir Alex Ferguson had in his roster that made the club so successful during the Ferguson Era then what is stopping the club from returning to that dominant, winning force it once was in the past? Lack of Manager with the right emotion for the game of football? Lack of Manager with experience to lead a big club to victory? Or is it that Manchester United itself does not have enough quality players in the club to be successful in modern day football competition? To be honest, I really do not have the answer to the question because as long as quality players are concerned, Manchester United has one of the best team in Europe. Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial, Ander Herrera, Morgan Schniederlin and Memphis  Depay just to name a few. As for having the right manager? the club definitely has one of the best Managers in Europe in Jose Mourinho leading the club as Manager of Old Trafford.  In other words, Manchester United can be considered as one of the most feared team in europe right now and one of the best teams in europe to do the Treble by winning the Premier league, Champions League or Europa League and FA Cup all in one season. With all this players in Manchester United's roster, why is Manchester United still finding it difficult to win games against clubs like Watford, Feyenoord and Hull city? I really cant understand. Whatever the secret was that Sir Alex Ferguson used to make Old Trafford such a strong, victorious, fortress and stir Manchester United to victory through his long, successful, career as Manchester United Manager, the fans will be hoping that coach Mourinho would have discovered the secret before today's game against Leicester City kicks off and before the season is over. Fingers crossed.
