OLD TRAFFORD'S CURRENT AFFAIRS

Discussions on RedFanBlogger will be started by addressing the progress Manchester United has been making this season. The biggest one is the seven game winning streaks the club has been maintaining in all competetions. Yes, Manchester United has been grabbing victories on a consistent basis but the reality is that the recent victories the club has been going through has not changed Manchester United's position on the league table which I will imagine is just as important to the club and the fans as a Premier League title right now. So what can Manchester United do to change this current situation? Well for one thing a victory over fierce rivals Liverpool FC. Liverpool will be coming into the game with a recent record of seven unbeaten games in all competitions, they will heading into the game with in form players like Sadio Mane whom are playing quality, exciting football and firing in all cylinders. In Other Words, Manchester United players and coaching staff have to be precise in their training and preparation for this game because one slip up and Liverpool will make Manchester United pay and the Red Devils can not afford to lose any more pace with the top four clubs especially now that the season has hit the midway point.  Therefore, in other to win, players selection will be crucial and most importantly, the players on the bench have to be ready to come into the game and help change the result in Manchester United favour.

For the next topic, I will talk about the next big transfer rumour circulating around Manchester United and that rumour is that Manchester United is about to engineer another big money move to Old Trafford for the French Inform striker Antoine GriezmannGriezmann big money move rumour popped up  after Manchester United had completed two huge money move for two french top quality players Anthony Martial from AS Monaco and of cause the move that everyone in Manchester thought would not happen after a while, bringing back French midfielder Paul Pogba to Old Trafford even after FC Juventus had tagged the former Old Trafford man with a 100,000,000 pounds. Granted, I will admit that the main reason Manchester United was able to seal the deal of our three main signings of Ibrahimovic, Mkhitaryan and Pogba was mainly because of Mino Raiola. Now, considering the fact that Griezmann is currently one of the players registered under Raiola, Manchester United board members can not be certain that Griezmann's move to Old trafford  is a done deal and here's the reason why: Manchester United Owners and Board members have been involved in a lot of big money moves recently but with few returns such as titles so we know that this will affect the clubs financial status.]

United
have announced a record revenue after releasing their latest financial results.
United announced a revenue of £515.3m for 2015/16 to become the first English club to break the £500m mark.
It is the second highest revenue ever recorded by a football club behind Barcelona.
The fourth-quarter figures also reveal United’s wage bill is up to £232.2m while it cost £8.4m in compensation payments to sack Louis van Gaal and his coaching staff in May. United’s debt is up 2 per cent to £261m.
So with the clubs current financial news , the fans have to agree that the next huge transfer of any big name players might not happen unless Manchester United win a title or make it back into the UEFA Champions League Title.

Lastly, life on Old Trafford seems to be running smoothly for everyone involved. The Board Members and coaches have not released too many Manchester United players this current January transfer window. Memphis Depay is one player that some of Manchester United expect Coach Mourinho to send packing out of the club by this January but the situation with Depay leaving Manchester United has not turned out as expected. Mourinho has come out on a public conference and addressed Depay as “One of us!( Manchester United team member)”. (Manchester United Evening News, ROB DAWSON. 13 JAN 2017). With this short, simple quote from the manager, the sense of closeness and togetherness is starting to show on Old Trafford from the players and the coaching staff.  There was, however,  one particular player who has exited the Carrington ground and he goes by the name of Morgan Schneiderlin. Yes, after struggling and failing to showcase his talents at Old Trafford following his Big Money move from Southampton to Manchester United, Schneiderlin has decided to put pen to paper and complete his move Old Trafford to FC Everton for a reported fee of £24 Million. Honestly, i’m happy for Schniederlin because his situation in Old trafford was turning out to be a little unfair and uncomfortable. But just like Adnan Januzaj who is currently on loan from Manchester United to Sunderland A.F.C,  maybe a move away from Old Trafford might be the best option to help Schneiderlin revive his Footballing career.
