MANCHESTER UNITED WEEKLY NEWS & DISCUSSIONS

Good day and welcome to Redfanblogger, a  blog created to discuss some of the recent events happening in our beloved Old trafford. As well as analyzing potential actions that could be taken by the club such as buying and selling players in other to improve the club and put Manchester United on the road to becoming future champions once again. Now, with all that long winded, babbling introduction  out of the way, let’s get right down to it.

Thomas Lemar and julian Draxler have become two wanted men in english football with Manchester United and Arsenal allegedly duelling to sign any of these two players. I say allegedly because neither of this two clubs have publicly released any official statements that suggest that either Manchester United or Arsenal are going to bid and buy either Draxler or Lemar this transfer window. At least not that i’m aware of .  So the next question from people reading this post directed to me will be: If Manchester United manager have not suggested that the club might currently be on the verge of signing one more player why i’m i even writing this post today? Simple. It can not be difficult to see that Manchester United will be lacking in the wings this season especially considering the formation Manchester United have decided to operate with this season which is 3 – 4 – 3 formation. Three defenders, two central midfielders, two wingers, two wing forwards playing upfront to which the which the wing forwards main job will be to support the lone striker upfront with little to no defending required. Running up and down the width of the pitch will be left to the wingers and Manchester United simply do not have enough power in the wing to compete for the Premier League and Champions league Title. However, Breaking news reports that Manchester United have made or are about to make a 50 million pounds bid for Thomas Lemar. This is great. Great news to get the club and fans even more optimistic for the season. Lemar is only 21 years old and he’s already grabbing the attention of almost every major football club around the world. A few weeks back lemar parent club AS Monaco were confident and determined Lemar will remain at the club after the transfer window closes but with a week left till the transfer deadline the french side have placed Lemar on the transfer list and are open to hold negotiations with interested club. Like i said, this is great news for Manchester United because Monaco were not  willing to sell because two things, one is that the club were expecting to hold on to a few of their major players like Fabinho, Mbappe, Bernardo silva, Bakayoko and Mendy, the french are most likely willing to part ways with Lemar and make a lot of money in the process in other to rebuild their team next season and if that’s the case, it’s logical to assume that the red devils are most likely a sure win to lock up the frenchman within the next couple of days. Whether or not Manchester United will close the deal or Arsenal will change their minds and break the piggy bank to lock up the youngster remains uncertain. One thing that is certain however is if Manchester United to sign lemar this transfer window the red devils chances of winning both the Premier League and Champions League might increase to a nine out of ten odds.

In Conclusion, the current situation inside old trafford is that as manchester united prepares to take on Leicester City in the Premier League game scheduled for later today, Mourinho has come out in a press conference and update each and every Manchester United supporter that the club is more or less done with signing players until the next transfer window in january. The dream of Thomas Lemar or any other new player signing for Manchester United might be over according to Mourinho's new interview but the fans might see Mourinho's quote in his latest interview as inconclusive. In Other Words, expecting a last minute substitution in Old Trafford might still be possible.  Zlatan Ibrahimovic has signed for an extra season at Old trafford which adds an extra goal source off the bench or starting to help Lukaku shoulder the goal burden and as Old trafford welcomes back Javier Hernandez and his West Ham team the fans will be expecting another three points for the Red Devils to keep the good start of season going.  Enjoy the game and see you next week on the new Blog post!
