MANCHESTER UNITED FACING MINOR ISSUES WITH THEIR PLANS FOR THE SUMMER TRANSFER WINDOW

After the news of Daniel James arrival to Manchester United and the news of Juan Mata signing a new contract with Manchester United both floated through the air as quickly as both news had arrived, details surrounding Manchester United's current transfer window seems to point towards one of slow movement in terms of business done to bring new players into the club prior to the start of next season.

In a summer anticipated to be one centered on strong team rebuild with the end goal pointing towards assembling a squad strong enough to battle teams such as Liverpool, Barcelona, Juventus and Manchester City in some of the top domestic competitions in England such as the Premier League, having a team strong enough to compete and win Europes biggest competition, the UEFA Champions League on reasonable rates will most likely be the end goal for Manchester United heading into the 2019 summer transfer period. With a number of quality players already out of contract with their current teams and a number of players rumored to be searching for  new clubs to play for next season, Manchester United continue to have a plethora of players available to sign with the ultimate goal is to assemble a squad endowed with so much quality enough to successfully surpass clubs such as Manchester City and Liverpool next season.

As the month of June comes to a close, Manchester United continue to be linked with a number of players this 2019 summer transfer window such as striker Moussa Dembele, defender Aaron Wanbasaka and 16-year-old Mateo Meija from Real Zaragoza, Manchester United are yet to secure any one of these deals because of the clubs rumoured uncertainty on how some of these players will turn out as Manchester United players and the second reason being that the clubs players are affiliated with are hesitant to sell players to Manchester United because clubs such as Benfica, Sporting Lisbon, and Lyon, for example, are unable to replace the quality and influence such player has on their clubs. At this point in the summer transfer window, Manchester United are currently negotiating with two clubs for the services of two players but the negotiations Manchester United are currently working on is rumored to be falling apart because clubs do not want to do business with Manchester United.

However, the positive situation with Manchester United at the moment is that the club is strongly set to retain the services of Paul Pogba and secure the signing of Aaron Waan Bisaka by the end of the month of July 2019. Paul Pogba was destined to be on his out of Manchester United during the month of May with Real Madrid being the odds on favorite to land the French midfielder. But over the past two months, transfer talks between Manchester United and any European club for the services of Paul Pogba has simply died down boosting the possibility of Paul Pogba remaining a Manchester United player next season. Manchester United are all but certain of signing Aaron Wanbassaka and keeping Paul Pogba as a Manchester United player by the end of the 2019 summer transfer window but Manchester United appear to be working hard to secure two extra signings before the month of August 2019.

Returning to the news of 19-year-old Mateo Meija signing for Manchester United, the young winger is expected to be one player whom might have a role to play coming off the bench to make a substantial impact in Manchester United's hunt for important trophies next season. The Red Devils continue to attempt to close out transfer deals with different clubs around Europe with big name players such as Brazilian midfielder Adrian Rabiot and Brazilian winger Neymar both linked with a move to Old Trafford in the summer of 2019. While the possibility of Manchester United landing one of two players in the current generation of Brazilian talents present in the football world will resonate as a positive idea amongst the Manchester United crowd, Manchester United odds of sign one of the two Brazilian playmakers, Neymar, remains a near-impossible conquest to pull off. Neymar is currently pushing for a move away from Paris St German this 2019 Summer Transfer window, however, the Brazilian wingers' mindset undoubtedly favors a move back to FC Barcelona rather than heading to Manchester, North West England in the summer of 2019.

In the case of Adrian Rabbiot the French midfielder has been referred to as a french maestro because of his ability to control his teams level of creativity and his ability to connect sublime passes with his teammates leading up to a goal and victory for his Paris St German team during his 8 year period with the French champions. The 24-year-old French midfielder is currently out of contract with Paris St German and is in search of a new route leading away from the French capital. While Manchester United continues to be linked with a Transfer for Adrian Rabbiot, Manchester United has not made an official bid for the French man and Adrian Rabbiot official destination at the moment appears to be nowhere else other than Italian giants Juventus.

Manchester United might have little evidence to back up the clubs efforts to improve their quality in terms of players brought into the team this 2019 Summer transfer window. But the Red Devils are continuously busy in the last two months of the Summer transfer window trying to bring in the right players. The latest player in Manchester United radar appears to be 26-year-old English defender Harry McGuire. The Red Devils have knotted their laces and stepped up to battle rivals Manchester City for the services of the English defender however Manchester United are more than likely set to fail in their attempt to close the deal after Leicester City owner clearly identified McGuire as an integral part of the Foxes. United have identified their defense as a major part in need of restructure but Ole Gunner Solskjaer has undoubtedly shifted his sights away from the King Power stadium in search for answers to Manchester United's defensive dilemma prior to next season
