MANCHESTER UNITED TIPPED TO MAKE ONE MORE SIGNING BEFORE THE END OF THE TRANSFER WINDOW

Manchester United provides the clubs Spanish duoof David De Gea and Juan Mata  with contract extensions that should provide a little relief for the club and the Manchester United fans in terms of improvements happening at the club throughout the 2019 summer transfer window.

The Red Devils have been showing signs of efforts put into the current Transferlace Window to complete the signing of a couple more players before August 2019. So far Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been able to accomplish the signings of two players in Aaron Wan Bissaka from Crystal Palace and Daniel James from Swansea City. While both Aaron Wanbissaka and Daniel James are two players who will undoubtedly provide improvements to Manchester United's quality on the pitch this coming season, Manchester United continue to show awareness and understanding that while the current Manchester United squad has the potential to make an impact in next seasons Premier League and UEFA Champions League campaign, manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer appears to be determined to accomplish one more decent signing this summer to assure himself of Manchester United's chances of doing well in all competition next season.

With Manchester United manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer keeping his cards for his plans regarding the Transfer window close to his chest, a lot of speculation has surfaced with numerous players picked to head to Old Trafford in the coming weeks of the summer window.

One such player whose name continues to be linked with a move to Old Trafford remains the Portuguese center midfielder, Bruno Fernandes. At this point in the summer season, the news of Manchester United's interest in Bruno Fernandes should not come as a surprise to readers of a sports magazine or football fans who are in the know on what is transpiring around Manchester United for the past four months. Manchester United made their interest in Bruno Fernandes known back during May when ex-Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera had made his intentions of leaving Manchester United, a club which Ander Herrera had proudly represented for 5 years before recently departing to join French side Paris St German early in the spring of 2019. Since the departure of the Spanish midfielder, Manchester United have struggled to find a player who can replace the quality Ander Hererra brought to Manchester United's midfield. However, manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer seems to found his man in 24-year-old Bruno Fernandes.

Manchester United are yet to seal the deal that will bring the Portuguese midfielder over to England. However, steady progress in favor of Manchester United continues to be made as the summer season progresses.  recent details of the transfer involving Bruno Fernandes move to Manchester United includes the recent chatter about the Portuguese midfielder putting in a transfer request to force Sporting Lisbon football club into a situation where the club has no choice but to push to sell their Portuguese midfielder and find a replacement midfielder before the start of next season. The biggest news so far involving Manchester United and the Bruno Fernandes transfer saga is that Manchester United are almost hundred percent confident in closing out the deal for Bruno Fernandez that the Red Devils appear to be content to let the deal play out that the club is willing to let the deal play out at its own pace if the deal will eventually turn out in Manchester United's favor by the end of the current summer transfer window.

With Manchester United having been on hot pursuit for Bruno Fernandez for the large part of 2019, the idea of any other club swooping in to sign the Portuguese midfielder will be hard to envision especially with Manchester United having outlasted competition from clubs such as rivals Manchester City and possibly Real Madrid at some point. After seeing out competition from some of these clubs, Manchester United appeared to be the sole club whom will be able to sign Portuguese center midfielder by the end of the 2019 summer period. However, recent news claims that there might be another club willing to throw their hat into the bidding war for Bruno Fernandes and that club happens to be yet another English club side Tottenham Hotspurs. The story becomes a lot more interesting because while Manchester United might be the better option in terms of history and prestige, Tottenham can persuade Bruno Fernandez to join them  making the midfielder the final chess piece for a team that has just as much chance as Manchester United in lifting the Premier League trophy but unlike Manchester United, Tottenham can offer Bruno Fernandes consistency in finishing in the top four of the Premier League and a constant opportunity to play Champions League football with a high chance of lifting the trophy. An offer that can play a part as to who Bruno Fernandes chooses to sign for this summer.

In reality, in terms of a Manchester United's chances of signing Portuguese ace Bruno Fernandes, all signs point to being concluded in only a matter of time before Manchester United conclude a deal with Sporting Lisbon for the acquisition of Bruno Fernandez. The situation looks to have taken this stance, Manchester United want Bruno Fernandes and Bruno Fernandes is currently open to a move away from Sporting Lisbon this summer but the board of directors at Sporting Lisbon have set a final price of 70 million for the release of Bruno Fernandes from Sporting Lisbon. With the 70 million asking prices it appears Manchester United are quite possibly still hesitant on paying a price as high as 70 million for the player.

However, Manchester United are tipped to send an agent to Portugal by the end of July to finalize the deal to make Bruno Fernandez a Manchester United player. if the latest bid for the Sporting Lisbon midfielder fail, Manchester United will move away from the deal and asses' other options in terms of the last signing of the summer for the club?
