MANCHESTER UNITEDS TRANSFER WINDOW DILEMMA CONTINUES

The summer transfer window continues on with Manchester United continuously making headlines day in and day out with the main target being the completion of manager Ole Gunner Solskjaers desired team for next season.

As the summer transfer window rolls on, so also does the news and rumors of Manchester United potentially signing one or two more players to improve the Manchester United before the 2019/20 season officially starts. With Manchester United manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer still sitting on a large part of what is left of his 200 million transfer window budget, the Manchester United manager still continues to pull major strings to see which other two last signings Manchester United can make as September draws ever so closer.

According to major reports coming from different sources but centered around the summer transfer activities of the 20 times Premier League champions have continued to take action in the transfer window as manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer continues to ruffle some feathers as the search to build the strongest team possible for Manchester United, a team whom should be able to challenge and possibly deliver Manchester United a major trophy after the club had failed to win a major trophy since 2013. That is of cause not factoring in the FA Cup, FA League Cup and the Europa League Cup the club won back in 2016/17. Winning one of the major trophies such as the UEFA Champions League or the Premier League appears to be on manager Ole Gunner Solskjaers bucket list for the upcoming 2019/20 season and hence the club has currently pulled out major stops to seal some major signings this month of July. Manchester United have undoubtedly become the center of attention this transfer window as the club continues to actively invest in attempting to bring new players into their squad in preparation for next season. However, the club continues to hit stumbling blocks in their pursuit to complete their two possible remaining signings of the summer.

At the moment two transfer saga sits at the center of Manchester United's rebuilding plans as the summer transfer window continues to progress further into the summer season. The story with Portuguese center midfi8elder Bruno Fernandes continues to dominate headlines on the ongoing, inconclusive, will he or won’t he join Manchester United story that has gathered most of the attention on Manchester United's transfer business this summer. In one of the most elongated stories of Manchester United's 2019 summer transfer window, the Red Devils continue their pursuit for the 24 year old Portuguese midfielder with the clubs official bid going as high as 50 million for the impressive midfielder who has already proven he is worth every penny judging by the players performance for Sporting Lisbon last season. Fernandez showed his worth last season putting up an amazing record of 20 goals and 13 assists in the Portuguese Primeira Liga last season alone. With such an amazing statistics, there is little to no surprise that the Portuguese midfielder has emerged as a priority target for Ole Gunner Solskjaer as the Manchester United manager looks to add a few modifications to his midfield before the start of next season.

With Sporting Lisbon club seemingly delaying their decision on letting Bruno Fernandez leave this summer, Manchester United has subsequently made a stance of not raising their offer for the Portuguese midfielder any higher than its current status of 50 million for Bruno Fernandes. In what might have been considered to be a very risky move by Manchester United refusing to give into Benfica’s 50 million demand, the Red Devils appear confident that their current offer of 50 million will secure the services of Bruno Fernandes by the end of the 2019 summer transfer window. The biggest news concerning Manchester United football club this month of July covers the suggestion that Manchester United manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer has hit a major stumbling block in the form of Manchester United's very own board of directors not willing to agree to Sporting Lisbon's financial demands for Bruno Fernandes. The Manchester United board of directors appear to be under the notion that while the Portuguese midfielder is a magnificent player, Bruno Fernandes has not reached the potential of a player worth spending an extravagant fee such as £50 million for. Once again the argument can be made that Manchester United is on the verge of missing out on signing a terrific player because the men in charge at Manchester United are unwilling to go over their spending budget.

The report coming from England claims that there is merely a couple more steps left to take before Manchester United finally completes the signing of their major targets of the summer with the expected date penciled down for Manchester United to seal the deal for both Harry McGuire and Bruno Fernandes expected to be towards the end of July. Manchester United are currently still on the clubs pre-season tour. With most of the attention of Manchester United's executive owners expected to be channeled towards the success of the clubs current ongoing pre-season tour, Manchester United are currently expected not to be making any announcements regarding new players signed by the club at least until the last few days of July 2019.

With Manchester United managers recent comments about possible new incoming players pointing towards a possibility that the club will seal two moves by the end of July, Manchester United are expected to unveil the signing of Bruno Fernandes and Harry McGuire by the 31st of July.
