MANCHESTER UNITED YOUTH PROMOTION PLAN IN NEED OF IMPROVEMENT

Despite the expectation of inflation rates previously expected to hit Old Trafford in terms of ticket prices and the cost for merchandising, Manchester United board of directors appear to have put an end to the speculations suggesting Manchester United will take reasonable routes such as not participating in the next transfer window and increasing ticket pricing on upcoming matchdays to make ends meet in a financial sense next season.

Like a couple other football clubs across Europe such as Real Madrid, Paris Saint-German, and Juventus, Manchester United continue to lean towards merchandising as the clubs' main source of finance as the Red Devils have done for over three decades or more. According to the recent information received here at ManchesterUnitedChannel, the Red Devils recorded a staggering 689 mil euros in 2015/16 alone. A figure which has been on a steady growth for the past three to four years. Can Manchester United handle the upcoming inflation rate without parting ways with at least two or three players during the 2020 summer season? Hard to believe a concrete answer to the question.

What could be a concrete decision for Manchester United to explore in terms of building a road that can potentially lead the Red Devils to win trophies once again is the idea of consistently promoting young talent from Manchester United youth system at least one player each season mixed with regularly signing at least one player each summer when necessary during the summer transfer window.

Manchester United’s current youth manager Neil Wood has achieved eye-catching success in shepherding the growth and success of the young talents within Manchester United youth system that the idea of regulating the number players signed within each transfer window with promoting youth players from Manchester United academy on steady regular bases have started to resonate strongly with Manchester United's board of directors.

Is the decision to bolster the clubs' youth system by signing new youth players with bags of quality and potential to make a mark in football a wise decision for Manchester United football club consider the slight truth of Manchester United is a club that seldomly promotes players from the youth system into the first team. Before this conversation moves any further some clarifications have to be made that while tonight's article addresses the issue of lack of steady promotion from Manchester United's youth system into Manchester United's first team the point has to be made that over the past two seasons, Manchester United have recorded a spike in the number of youth players who gained promotion from the youth system into the first team.

Axel Tuanzebe, Mason Greenwood, Scott McTominar, Brandon Wiliams and James Garner are the main markers that continue to shine a positive light on the idea that Manchester United football club future plans moving forward will most likely include players from Manchester United youth system whom will play significant roles in Ole Gunner Solskjaer team moving forward towards the future. Will these recent signs of youth development and youth players promotion into the first team football result in more youth players being promoted regularly? Most likely no.

While first-team Manager continues to actively promote youth players every now and then, Manchester United continue to remain focused on prioritizing each summer transfer window and each winter transfer window as the main route to the clubs ongoing rebuilding process with the final goal being to build a team strong enough to win both the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League trophies.

Will the rate of promotion mean first-team promotion for every Manchester United youth player? Realistically no.

Comparing the current rate of promotion from the Manchester United academy versus the current rate of player signings completed by the Red Devils each year, the margin suggests Manchester United football club appear to favor signing players over maintaining a healthy rate of promotion from the clubs' youth system into the clubs' first team. Over the past two seasons, the Red Devils have successfully registered at least 5 players who have gained promotion from the clubs' youth system in the past three years at least in Axel Tuanzebe, Mason Greenwood, Angel Gomez, Timothy Fosu Mensah, and Brandon Williams being the most notable academy graduates in the past two season.

Suffice to say that Manchester United's vice-chairman was right to indicate that Manchester United football club has always been inclusive of players from Manchester United's youth academy as players who will more than likely earn a spot in Manchester United's first team soon. As a result, according to what is understood by ManchesterUnitedChannel, the Red Devils are committed to signing two players at the most and do not intend to sign no higher than that this summer.

Considering the possibility that the effects of the recent economic stumble across the globe will most certainly result to a spike in inflation across the global market, UEFA will most likely record subsequent inflation rates for football clubs particularly for giant football clubs such as Paris St German, Juventus, and Manchester United football clubs across the club. In Manchester United's case, projections into the clubs near future suggest a strong possibility of the Red Devils completing one simple signing this summer with possible promotions made from the clubs' youth system to add more firepower to Ole Gunner Solskjaer team in preparation for next season.

While a lot has been made about possible exits from Old Trafford this summer by a handful of current first-team players, there is yet any concrete evidence to suggest Manchester United is willing to part ways with any current players within the first team or any current players within the youth team at Old Trafford.
