MANCHESTER UNITED TAKE PIVOTAL LEAD IN THE RACE FOR TOP SUMMER TARGET

Ok so let’s see if we are reading the situation correctly.

Information received this past week or information received here at ManchesterUnitedChannel website this past two weeks indicate that the race for Jadon Sancho’s services during this 2020 summer transfer window has been cut done to a race between a hand full of clubs in Europe with Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund still remaining the top of the chart in terms of potential suitors in the race for Jadon Sancho’s signature whom will eventually end up with the English winger’s signature by the end of the 2020 summer season. From what  ManchesterUnitedChannel understands of the Jadon Sancho situation, Manchester United’s home town rival Manchester City has essentially declared themselves as a club that is not in the running to sign the English right-winger.

Speaking in a recent interview released in June 2020, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola laid to rest the idea of ex-Manchester City winger Jadon Sancho returning to Manchester City indicating that should Jadon Sancho return to England this summer, Manchester City will most likely not be the destination Jadon Sancho returns to continue his football career. Very positive for Manchester City’s local neighbors  Manchester United who continues to see clubs expected to compete with the Red Devils for Jadon Sancho’s services drop out of the race to sign the coveted English winger this 2020 summer season.

What is the asking price for Jadon Sancho this 2020 summer transfer window: 117 million with current club Borussia Dortmund not ready to bargain or reconsider their current asking price for the English winger? Considering the notion that football clubs around Europe during the current 2020 summer season are losing money faster than any club is making right now, the plan created by Borussia Dortmund in regards to Jadon Sancho’s future has suddenly become more clearer for any football analyst or for any football fan to decypher, increase the asking price for the player in question and other football clubs in Europe will find taking Jadon Sancho away from the BVB stadium almost impossible to accomplish. So far the strategy appears to be very effective. Can Manchester United be the club that meets Borussia Dortmund's asking price?

Hard to say. The fact is that Manchester United continues to be referred to as the richest club in the world and even amid the current economic deflation, Manchester United football continues to keep a hold of the 3rd spot in the list of the richest football clubs in the world as of June 24, 2020. However, even the most optimistic business person will find denying the fact that football clubs around Europe will struggle to spend lucratively this 2020 summer season simply because big football clubs in Europe have continued to lose massive capital in the form of taxes this summer.

So while Manchester United fans continue to remain in high spirit over the prospect of Manchester United signing 117 million-man Jadon Sancho this summer, from an economic standpoint, the numbers suggest two possible scenarios for the Red Devils this summer which is either Manchester United engineer decent money move away from Old Trafford for two or three Manchester United players this summer or the Red Devils might find themselves walking away from the Jadon Sancho deal this 2020 summer season.

An earlier paragraph used in ManchesterUnitedChannel which can describe to a small extent what Manchester United’s situation with Jadon Sancho as the 2020 summer transfer season renters the core period.

"Is qualification for next seasons UEFA Champions League competition the ultimate game-changer that decides the fate of Ole Gunner Solskjaer as Manchester United manager? Hardly a handful of football lovers who have been dedicated to the always fascinating English Premier League competition will honestly address this question with the answer No!"

  • Looking back at the difficult situation  Manchester United have gone through during the current 2019/20 season and considering the reality of Manchester United's continuous desire to retain a high ranking as one of Europe's top clubs, there can be little doubt that given the circumstance Manchester United currently find themselves in which is consistently failing to secure one out of the three most relevant trophies in Europe for the past seven years, frustration will continue to boil over at Old Trafford.

  • Unfortunately for current Manchester United manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer should qualify for the 2020/21 UEFA Champions League competition fail to manifest for Manchester United, the Red Devils appear ready to trigger yet another managerial transition before the start of the 2020/21 season. •

With the UEFA Champions League trophy and the Premier League trophy two trophies Manchester United want to secure within the next two season for the sole reason of being called a successful club once again, signing a quality player such as Jadon Sancho to add more quality to the right side of the field for Manchester United appears to be the sole target for Manchester United this summer.

                                                                                          Original picture from Bundesliga.com

There is no denying that Jadon Sancho interest in moving back to England is a reality with the 19-year-old England born winger spending four years of his career as a footballer away from his native country England and considering the understanding that Borussia  Dortmund current unstable financial state paves a path to Jadon Sancho to make a massive back to Manchester, England.

The only difference this time is should Jadon Sancho leave German and return to England this summer, Sancho will not be wearing the blue jersey of Manchester City but will most certainly be wearing the red jersey of Manchester United next season.
