MANCHESTER UNITED FINALLY TAKE SOME MINNOR ACTION TO THE SITTUATION FACING THE WOMEN'S TEAM

 

An update has finally been received from the Manchester United football club in regards to the Manchester United women's team.  

 

 

 

 

After months of being left in limbo wondering what exactly is going to happen to do mentally with little to no activity happening in terms of improvement, new players signed this summer in preparation for next season and then of course in terms of the contract situation of some of the first thing players within this Manchester United women’s team.  

 

 

 

Let's not forget that the club is yet to appoint a new manager and even if Manchester United did appoint a new manager for the women's division before this article was published,  the club would have taken exhausted such a long time and provided the manager with little time to actually repay he's a hard club to do the right level of achieving success next season. There's no need to mince words here, Manchester United have placed their women's division in such an abysmal situation that at the moment, rather than hope for major success next season, the more appropriate tag attached to the Manchester United women's team is the question-will there even be Manchester United women's team next season?  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

However, as the Manchester United channel indicated in the first part of this article, there has been an update provided by Manchester United in regards to the women's team. In the second part of this article, Manchester United Channel will deliver the update and then address the situation facing the Manchester United women's team at the moment as per information received here at the Manchester United channel website. 

 

According to the information received over two weeks ago here at Manchester United channel, two of the top experienced stars for the Manchester United women's team, or should we say former stars for the Manchester United women's team Tobin Heath and Christine Press have left Manchester United football club with the decision made earlier in June 2021. 

 

 

 

The fact is that the decision to release both American forwards Tobin Heath and Christine Press had shown signs of happening since Manchester United showed strong hesitancy to address both players contracts issues with both players having watched their contracts run down while the club displayed strong unwillingness to convince both American forwards to sign a new contract with Manchester United.   

 

Despite the hesitancy from the Red Devils to draw up a new contract for both Christine press and Tobin Heath, there was still lingering hope that Manchester United will deliver a new contract and that the Red Devils would convince both players to stay at Manchester United for at least two extra seasons. However, the final outcome to this situation which we saw earlier in the summer with both players having left Manchester United was certainly an unfortunate outcome that has left the club lost in terms of finding ways to improve this Manchester United women's team. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Heartbreaking? Yes absolutely! What is happening as a result of Manchester United's long run of poor team management is now resulting in players in the team walking away after Manchester United had failed to recognize what these players are worth and subsequently failed to renew the contracts of some of these players. In other words, Manchester United has failed to see the value in retaining both American stars Tobin Heath and Christine Press as quality players with vast experience who could have injected some extra quality and experience needed to elevate this Manchester United women's team to success.  

 

Of course, from the point of view of the Manchester United fanbase and frankly, from what Manchester United channel has observed so far within the two years both Christine press and Tobin Heath had dawned the Manchester United jersey, both players had simply injected such tremendous quality into the team that its almost impossible to see Manchester United this upcoming season and beyond if Manchester United fail to secure at least two quality players that extra quality needed in this Manchester United women's team.  

 

 

So much so that when both American stars were sidelined for the large part of last season due to injuries, the absence of both Tobin Heath and Christine Press in the team was certainly recognizable from the depleted level of quality displayed on match days from the Manchester United women's team for the major part of last year's calendar.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Let no one harbor the impression that Manchester United had any logical reason to let go of both American footballs stars Tobin Heath and Christine Press. Yes, the impression received around the departure of both American stars from Manchester United football club is that Manchester United was intent on revamping the Manchester United women's team this summer with the younger talent given that both Tobin Heath and Christine Press had both surpassed the age of 29 and were expected two experience a decline in the level of quality both players displayed on the pitch. 

 

 

 

However, there is yet to be substantial evidence to back this claim up with both players clearly playing substantial roles for the club before both players went down injured last season. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The reality is that looking back at the situation for a moment, nothing will change the fact that both Christine Press and Tobin Heath have left Manchester United FC and the biggest concern at the moment is that Manchester United continue to lose quality players and there appears to be no sense of urgency within Manchester United football club to find replacements for these outgoing players.  

 

 

 

With one other first-team player Lauren James, who had played a vital role within the Manchester United squad for the past few seasons also understood to be on her way out of the club this summer, the Red Devils continue to show signs of a downward spiral with players and managers stepping away from the club and no new information of any possible signing expected to be made by the Red Devils during the 2021 summer transfer window yet to be received from the club. 

 

This story gets worse for Manchester United’s women's division. With two extra players in Jess Sigsworth and Lauren James expected to make their departure from Manchester mental as well, the Red Devils simply continue to be on the downward spiral and there are no signs at the moment the club can recover and strengthen themselves before the start of next season to give themselves a chance to compete for any relevant trophy or at least secure qualification for UEFA Champions League Football by the end of next season. 

 

 

 

 

 

Manchester United women's team continues to be on a
downward spiral and unfortunately for the women's division, given that the club is yet to make any sort of relevant move to secure new signings this summer, the chances of the club strengthening the Manchester United women's team to a level strong enough to be successful this upcoming new season is yet to be seen as the 2021 summer season ticks on.
