MANCHESTER UNITED TALK- THE MANCHESTER UNITED BOARD YET TO BE ON THE SAME PAGE WITH THE MANCHESTER UNITED FAN BASE

OK so let's talk about the 2021 summer transfer window because regardless of which side of the fence is it on at the moment- if you are absolutely frustrated with the way the transfer window has gone so far for Manchester United or if you are absolutely content with this pace of the transfer window in the belief that the club will secure a few more major after the anticipated signing of Jadon Sancho.

The one aspect which most sports analysts and Manchester United fans alike seem to be on the same page about is that the club will need to do more than just signing Jadon Sancho this summer. the reality is that last week, the Manchester United channel delivered an article dad clarified the thought of what is expected to happen at Old Trafford by the end of the summer transfer window which does Manchester United will complete the signing of Jadon Sancho before the 2021 summer transfer window comes to an end.

Securing the services of Jadon Sancho will be if fantastic achievement for Manchester another football club this summer. there is absolutely no doubt and start quality Jaden Sancho would contribute to this Manchester United team and with the inclusion of players such as Bruno Fernandez, Marcus Rashford, and Paul Pogba [if he does remain at the club], there is no doubt the Manchester United team next season will be even stronger done the team was last season.

However, the question is will Jadon Sancho be enough to propel this Manchester United team to the level of champions starting next season? At the moment there is no strong Indication to suggest that is the case. With that being said, let's take a look at some of the latest information received here at the Manchester United channel regarding the latest steps taken by Manchester United in the early part of the 2021 summer transfer window.

Now this one is interesting! Seems the situation at Manchester United football club is going from good to better for the Red Devils in regards to the summer transfer window because according to this very interesting story received here Manchester united channel, the Red Devils “might" have an ace up their sleeve as a potential move to make before the end of the summer transfer window.

Now, as almost all readers would have picked up in this paragraph, the world might have been highlighted because the word [might] plays a big part in Manchester United’s ability to pull off this possible move.

Why? Because the move is very dependent on what decisions a current Manchester United player takes at the end of this summer. The two players being mentioned here are surprisingly neither Jadon Sancho nor Raphael Varan.

Yes, this topic is absolutely not referring to a Jadon Sancho or Rafael Varan so Manchester United fans can relax. However, this topic of a player rumored to be prepared to leave Manchester United to make room for a player potentially coming into Manchester United between the 2021 summer transfer window and the 2022 summer transfer window is talking more along the lines of Paul Pogba and Eduardo Camavinga.

Now according to what the Manchester United channel has received from the early period of August until now, Eduardo Camavinga is back in the spotlight and back to being the main target which a handful of clubs are in pursuit of once again. Therefore, given Manchester United's need for a player who can play the role of a holding midfielder, the potential for Manchester United to be highlighted as one of the main clubs in pursuit of Eduardo Camavingas' services this summer seems like a reasonable course of action for the Red Devils to take this summer.

Now once again it's only reasonable to mention that just over a year or two ago, the Manchester United channel has already addressed the issue of the Red Devils' interest in acquiring the services of French midfielder Eduardo Camavinga. However, back then Manchester United only seemed to be scouting the player with no real intention of making an offer to parent club Rennes at the time.

The story is different now and with Eduardo Camavinga now established himself as a talent who can perform excellently at the heart of any midfield, Manchester United is now very interested in signing Eduardo Camavinga. However, the upper hand which Manchester United had two years ago of being the only team in the race to sign the French midfielder, is now completely different from the story told two years ago by the way.

Eduardo Camavinga has now established himself as one of the best midfield talents across Europe. This means that the race to sign the French midfielder has now officially been converted from a one-team race to a race involving various teams across Europe all heavily involved in the race to sign Eduardo Camavinga with Rennes FC poised to accept the best deal made by one of these clubs.

Finally, to cap up this article, there seems to be a massive miss-communication circulating around the opportunity Manchester United has of acquiring Eduardo Camavinga during the ongoing 2021 summer transfer window. Now according to the latest information received here a Manchester United channel, a significant amount of football analysts, and most importantly Manchester United fans are under the impression that Eduardo Camavinga will be a direct replacement for Paul Pogba - who is still rumored to want a move away from Manchester United next summer.

After seeing how both players operate within the central midfield position, making the conclusion that both players can be replacements for each other in Manchester United central midfield position next season is an inaccurate conclusion that is quite understandable to make. However, closer observation suggests that the style of play used by the two players differs to an extent.

While Paul Pogba is a box-to-box attack-minded type of player, Eduardo Camavinga is both an attack-minded player and a defensive-minded midfielder who can carry the ball out from deep midfield and trigger the attack for any team which means that Eduardo Camavinga's mindset is not programmed to carry out defensive duty specifically.

However, Eduardo
Camavinga’s best work is done when he's assigned to sit in front of the Rennes defense and break up the opponents attacking flow as a central defensive midfielder. But, contradictory to the role of a central defensive midfielder, Eduardo Camavinga loves to join the attack for the majority of the match which might endanger Manchester United's defensive protection.

Therefore, while the conversation has been had that the impact of Paul Pogba's potential exit on Manchester United's future will be limited if the club moves ahead to secure a central defensive midfielder such as Eduardo  Camavinga this 2021 summer transfer window, Manchester United will still have a massive hole 'caused by lack of creativity in deep midfield if Paul Pogba does leave the club this summer or during the 2022 summer transfer window.

Manchester United have a lot on their plate that needs to be addressed this summer and while the fan base has indeed recognized that these problems do exist and must be addressed quickly, the Manchester United board seemed to be on a completely different path as the club continues to sit back and watch the time take away with no actions taking so far regarding the acquisition of a central defensive midfielder or preparing a creative midfielder to arrive next summer when and if Paul Pogba leaves the club.

On a positive note, there are still two months left before the summer transfer window closes and there is still plenty of time before the 2022 summer transfer window arrives. Therefore, Manchester United still has time to address these issues and provide manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer with a better platform to succeed next season.

One of the quickest ways to do this will be if the Red Devils can convince Paul Pogba to sign a new contract with Manchester United during the 2022 summer transfer window which will see Paul Pogba remain a Manchester United player for the next four years.

The next way Manchester United can set themselves up for long-term success is if the Manchester United board of directors backs Ole Gunner Solskjaer to succeed next season by providing the current Manchester United manager with a central defensive midfielder and a right-winger at the very least this summer.

With two months left before the start of next season, we wait to see what will transpire at Old Trafford this summer season. However, at the moment, besides Jadon Sancho and Rafael Varane becoming Manchester United players this summer, besides Paul Pogba potentially staying with Manchester United football club this summer, there is little information in regards to new signings which could take place at Manchester United before the start of next season.

At least not in the last few days of July 2021
