MANCHESTER UNITED BOARD FINALLY GET TO WORK ON STRENGTHENING THE MANCHESTER UNITED WOMEN'S TEAM

Two months of the summer season and 22 days since the 2021 summer transfer window began to actively operate this summer season. That's how long Manchester United took to implement the necessary improvement into the Manchester United women's team.

After the notable departure of three influential players in Tobin Heath, Christine press, and Lauren James from Manchester United women's team, the idea of the Manchester United woman still being abandoned by the Manchester United board of directors had been an issue that floated over the Manchester United women's team.

In fairness, the Manchester United board of directors had promised to implement positive improvement into the Manchester United women's team through new player signings and the appointment of a new manager which will potentially lead the women's team to success in the future. As we have witnessed during the recently concluded 2021 Summer transfer window, while the Manchester United board of directors took their time in implementing these positive changes, the board have now delivered to some extent through the acquisition of Vilde Boa Rissa, Hannah Blundel, Aoife Mannion to add to the quality which already existed within this Manchester United women's team.

These few improvements suggest that the Manchester United Board of directors have fully ignited their will to deliver on the promise made by the Manchester United board of directors earlier this year to invest in improving and strengthening this Manchester United women's team into a side that has the caliber to at least secure UEFA Champions League qualification at the end of next season and potentially secures their first Barclays women's Super League trophy since the Red Devils were established over two years ago.

“ She (Vilde Boa Rissa) is just one of some key signings we are making this summer as we look to build on last season with the women's team”

(John Murtough. Manchester United football director- Daniel Murphy, BBC Sports. 20 July 2021)

From what the Manchester United channel has learned so far, Vilda Boa Rissa is a quality player who will certainly improve the creativity of this Manchester United women’s team in the center of the pack while playing alongside other creative players within this Manchester United women's team roster. Manchester United teammates Ella Toone, Kattie Zallem, and Leah Galton will certainly welcome the presence of Vilde Boa Rissa into this Manchester United women's team as the presence of the Portuguese playmaker will alleviate some of the creative pressure that lay pacifically on the shoulders of a few of the Manchester United players such as Ella Toone, Kattie Zallem, and Leah Galton

Considering what this Manchester United women's team was able to display with such an injury-depleted squad last season- finishing in 4th spot, one spot outside the top three UEFA Champions League spot, the presence of Vilde Boe Rissa will certainly improve the performance level seen from the manchester united women's team in the upcoming season.

However, to battle against teams search is Chelsea, Arsenal, and Manchester City who have moving themselves to be worthy adversaries throughout the history of the Barclay women's Soccer League,, while Vilde Boe Rissa is an exceptional talent and if fantastic acquisition who will certainly improve this Manchester United women’s side, the Red Devils might need to have delivered more than Vilda Boa Rissa alone- on the attacking front- if Manchester United is intent on delivering the first long-awaited trophy and first long-awaited Champions League appearance which has eluded this Manchester United woman’s team since the team was created.

With that being said, here is what is suspected to come for the Manchester United women's team via information received here at Manchester united channel website.

Manchester United board had promised to deliver more quality players this summer after securing the services of Portuguese playmaker Vilde Boa Rissa. quickly after securing the services of playmaker Vilde Boa Rissa, Manchester United moved forward to deliver yet another impressive signing in the form of Ex Chelsea defender Hannah Blundell and goalkeeper Sophie Baggaley all in the duration of last month.

Quite an impressive work achieved by the club all within a one-month duration.

Most likely, the complete acquisition of Hannah Blundell from Chelsea football club was part of a trade deal that saw ex-Manchester United striker Lauren James move to Chelsea from Manchester United this summer. With the departure of former Manchester United defender Amy Turner- who now plays for Orlando Pride in the United States of America, the Red Devils have certainly filled the void which was left in this Manchester United defense by the absence of Amy Turner.

With the presence of new signing, Hannah Blundell added did it already reliable defensive partnership of Millie Turner and Maria Thoristdorttir, Manchester United will feel very proud of 4th they have accomplished this summer in terms of the new signings acquired by the Red Devils this summer to help strengthen the quality within this Manchester united women's team. As impressive as the work which current director of football John Murtough has already accomplished for the Manchester United women's team, there are still a few more steps to be taken before the Manchester United women's team can assume the rule of Barclays FA women's Super League trophy contenders' next season.

While the Red Devils have successfully boosted the level of quality within their defensive positions and their central midfield positions, Manchester United is yet to address the empty spot left the team right flank with the departure of Tobin Heath, Manchester united might need one more incoming sign in this summer to feel confident with the prospect of matching strong contenders such as Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City for the Barclays women's Super League trophy next season.

At this rate, the Red Devils will consider themselves as strong favorites to secure a UEFA Champions League spot at end of the 2021/22 Barclays Women's Super League season. However, the job of improving the Manchester United women's team to the level of potential champions should not have ended prematurely.

Manchester United’s women's team still needs at least one more signing in the form of a winger to add more quality to their shaky right flank. while players such as Carrie Jones, Ivana Fusso, Kristy Hanson, and Leah Galton are all listed as forwards for Manchester united women's team with Leah Galton being the only natural winger on the list, Red Devils will need one more signing in the form of winger to boost the quality coming in from the right-hand side next season for the Red Devils.

The little reliable information coming into the Manchester United channel website, suggests the Manchester United hierarchy is now done with the 2021 summer project of restructuring this Manchester United women's team into a stronger version of itself. This means that the possibility of the Red Devils signing a new winger before the end of the 2021 summer transfer window looks to be officially over.

With all that has happened regarding the level of improvements implemented into the Manchester United women's team during the 2021 summer transfer window, the upcoming 2021/22 season has suddenly dawned the look of a promising prospect for the Manchester United women's team.

Although there is a bit of a disappointing element to the way the transfer window ended for the Manchester United women's team in regards to Manchester United football director John Murthor failing to recognize the need for an extra winger in this Manchester United women’s squad, the outlook of what achievements the new-look Manchester United women’s team can accomplish this season have suddenly dawned a promising look as we approach the start of the new season.

With the new season about to kick off, the prospect of what level of success this new Manchester United women's team can accomplish at the end of this season has built an exciting prospect for the entire 2021/22 football season.

As always, the Manchester United channel will continue to address the latest information and updates related to the Manchester United women's team from now until the end of next season.
