MANCHESTER UNITED EXECUTE AN IMPRESSIVE PROJECT FOR THE MANCHESTER UNITED WOMEN'S THIS PAST SUMMER ! BUT WAS ONE CRUTIAL AREA OVERLOOKED THIS PAST SUMMER ?

So! improvements have been made and at the moment Manchester United women's team seemed to be heading in a positive direction as the new season loo0ks set to kick off in what promises to be a new era for Manchester United women's team.

Throughout the offseason, conversations have been had on how the Manchester united women's team have certainly reinvented themselves from my team that was lost. From a team that was desperately trying to hang on to a UEFA Champions League qualification, unfermented who had lost two of its most promising stars in Tobin Heath and Christen Press which made predictions from creditable analysts project the Manchester United women's team to find themselves struggling to retain a place in the Barclays FA women's soccer league this upcoming season.

Add the mandatory spending which immediately made by the Glazers and add the vision of new manager mark Skinner who knew exactly what he wanted and demanded the players he deserved this past summer. And the Manchester United women's team fans are now presented with this strong looking current Manchester United team busting with so much enthusiasm Android level of talent needed to achieve such high progress at the end of the 2021 Barclays FA women's Soccer League.

The team believes success is on the horizon and the new manager Marc Skinner believes that success can most certainly be achieved by the Manchester United women's team at the end of this season. However, for success to be achieved, immense improvement had to be invested into this Manchester United women's team during the 2021 summer transfer window.

As already observed, Manchester United has certainly delivered in terms of improvements invested into the Manchester United women's team. But the question is - Will the new improvements delivered by the Glazers during the 2021 summer transfer window into this Manchester united women's team be enough to push the Red Devils to secure the team's first major trophy and a place in next seasons UEFA Champions League competition?

Here are a few words which new manager Marc Skinner had to say on the improvements under projected goals attached to the Manchester United women's team this season-

"We will be looking to add players of the right caliber for this team. I think it's about getting the right people, and this club will look to support us in that.

"If we are going to build a culture and continue to build on such strong foundations then we have to get the right people, so I've been impressed at the ability to plan long term here and that was so inviting for us to come, so yes we are looking to add the right people into the group."

Amazing words by new head manager Marc Skinner. However, as the 2021 summer transfer window has now officially concluded, the anticipated outcome that Manchester United will not be making any more signings for the Manchester United women's team at least until the 2022 summer transfer window- information which was received here on Manchester United channel about two weeks ago appears to have come to pass.

How will the news be received by the fans of the Manchester United women's team?

At the moment, there seems to be little to no concerns projected onto the Manchester United women's team in terms of the current outlook of the team and the prospect of winning a trophy this season.  The fact of the matter is that this Manchester United women's team look strong at the start of this new season. With creative, strong, fast-paced, and intelligent players all over almost every area of the pitch, Manchester United on paper look to have covered all grounds in regards to improving the quality of the team as the Red Devils get set to make a strong run for the Barclays FA women's Soccer League trophy during the current 2021/ 22 season.

With talents such as Hannah Blundell, Millie Turner, Aoife Mannion, Maria Thorisdottir, and Ona Battle both poised to operate in Manchester United’s defensive positions this season, manager Mark Skinner will most likely be relaxed when addressing his defensive selections this season. The same message of confidence and high expectations will most likely be relayed when conversations about Manchester United central midfield and attacking options are brought up.

With players such as Kattie Zelem, Jackie Groenen, Hayley Ladd, and Vilde Boa Rissa all eager and ready to make an impact this season, manager Mark Skinner has every reason to be buoyant about what he's Manchester United central midfield options can do this season. However, moving up to the attacking options provided for the Manchester United women's team this season, the fact is that on paper the current attacking options available for manager Mark Skinner look very pleasing to the eye.

However, a closer look at the Red Devils reveals that there is an issue which the Manchester United board failed to address and that is failure to boost the attacking option on the right side and on the left side of the pitch for Mark Skinner’s team and this might jeopardize the level of success manager Mark Skinner can accomplish with this Manchester United women's team this season.

Assisat Oshoala and Bethany England. These are just two out of a few players who can operate on the wing in the current era of women's football and these players are just two out of a handful of players who were available to be signed during the now concluded 2021 summer transfer window. With the presence of a player such as Bethany England or Assisat Oshoala operating on the right-hand side of the pitch for Manchester United, the Red Devils would have certainly dawned look up a team that would have held at least an 85% chance of lifting the Barclays FA women's league trophy and a team which held at least an 80% chance of securing UEFA Champions League football at the end of this season.

Undoubtedly, the Red Devils have certainly made fantastic improvements to the team during the 2021 someone transfer window. With the inclusion of players such as Vilde Boa Rissa, Aoife Mannion, Hannah Bloomsdale, and Martha Thomas, Manchester United have now suddenly placed the Manchester united women's team in a position where the Red Devils can move on and attain success possibly at the end of the 2021/22 football season.

However, a job completed is a job done right. The need for a right-winger was certainly a necessity highlighted as a result of the departure of English forward Tobin Heath at the end of last season. With Manchester United’s failure to sign any right-winger during the 2021 summer transfer window, the Manchester United board of directors has certainly created a stumbling block that can still be overcome by new manager Mark Skinner with the current Manchester United squad on the path to success this season.

But, the absence of a second right-winger in this Manchester United woman's team certainly creates a far more difficult situation where fatigue and injuries will possibly deplete productivity from the left-hand side of the field and the right-hand side for the field this season.

As a result, the absence of two extra quality wingers within this Manchester United women's team might yet play a part in hindering Manchester United women's team from being crowned Barclays FA women's Super League champions and my hinder the Red Devils from securing qualification for next season’s UEFA Champions League competition at end of this season.
