MANCHESTER UNITED MANAGER ON THIN ICE! WILL THE BREAK OR WILL THE MANAGER OVERCOME THE SITTUATION?

OK! Let’s talk about this issue because the truth of the matter is that this point had been avoided for a certain period here at Manchester United Channel.

But the fact of the matter is that this conversation had the conversation. In all honesty, this conversation had been addressed previously but only in small instances.  The point is that Manchester United, a couple of other football journalists, and a good portion of Manchester United fans have been making a couple excuses for Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer over the past three years as reasons why Ole Gunnar Solskjaer should remain on the job as a manager at Manchester United.

“Solskjaer is good enough he just needs time to adjust,”

“Solskjaer is good enough but he just hasn't been backed by the Manchester United board of directors and that's why he struggled as a manager for Manchester United. “

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is good enough but he has not been able to gain enough experience needed to adjust to English football and time to acquire the level of knowledge needed to be a top manager of Manchester United football club."

These are the points that have been made to defend the lack of success Manchester United has been able to achieve over the past three years under current manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and the fact of the matter is that most of the points made in support of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer relinquishing his place as Manchester United manager are very valid once. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer did need time to adjust as manager of this mighty club known as Manchester United.

However, the case which is now being presented to back the point of a possible managerial change heading Manchester United's way in late December 2021 appears to be that three years on as Manchester United manager and after receiving a completely revitalized Manchester United squad through the successful injection of new elite talent over the past two years. Manchester United continues to stumble on their path to winning major trophies.

This point specifically has completely pumped life into the ongoing case that manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is yet to not meet the standards needed in any Manchester United manager

A point which has completely reintroduced the conversation of Manchester United possibly triggering yet another managerial change at the end of this year and considering Manchester United's recent struggles to attain consistent substantial results in the last few matches, the conversation of a possible managerial change head in Manchester United direction late December 2021 is suddenly becoming a very difficult conversation to ignore for much longer.

In fairness, there are two ways in which people have been looking at their current managerial situation at Manchester United in defense of current manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. One of which is that before the progress made during the 2020 January transfer window and the 2020 summer transfer window and before the changes made to the Manchester United team during the 2021 summer transfer window, Manchester United had not really delivered in terms of recruiting top talent to enable manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer achieve top success in the domestic league and in Europe over the past three years.

In terms of constant recruitment of top talent, which is the strategy which some of the top clubs across Europe have efficiently used to attain success in recent years, questions have to be asked of the board in regards to why the decision to apply such a massive boost in quality into the current Manchester United team it's so long to happen even with the presence of some top-class managers such as Jose Mourinho and Louis van Gaal.

The fact that the matter is that the delay by the board to provide Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and previous Manchester United managers who have to take this swipe at the job during the post-Sir Alex Ferguson era with the ammunition needed to succeed all at least I think some manner of progress in the Premier League and in the Champions League each football season has been the main reason for the downfall of Manchester United for the past eleven years or so.

However, just as in most situations in life, this particular situation has two sides. While the truth remains that Manchester United has made good progress under the current management over the past two years, recent evidence received from Manchester United’s recent stumbles in Europe and in the Premier League shows that the claims that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is lacking the right level of high tactics and lacking the right level of football intelligence needed from a Manchester United manager appear to be manifesting itself in reality through the results and the level of performance seen from Manchester United recently.

At least that's the message coming from some of the top football Analysts across Europe.

While the Manchester United channel will address the important thoughts of the Manchester United supporters regarding a possible change of manager in Manchester United in December 2021, the information received here at the Manchester United channel suggests that some of the top minds involved in the game of football believe that there is no denying that Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is seemingly doing a fantastic job of getting points and converting some matches which seemed to be headed to defeat into valuable points sometimes against some of the best football clubs around the world.

However, the thoughts which also seems to be projected towards Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is that the Norwegian manager is yet to display the right level of decision making and yet display the right level of tactical know-how needed in so many top managers who can take Manchester United to the top in European football and the top of the Premier League.

There is really no way to avoid noticing the level of criticism that has been a label on Manchester United, particularly on Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this past few weeks.

The request for Manchester United to quickly instigate a change of Manager has been a request which has slowly started to make higher noise in the middle of September after the shocking defeat to Swiss side young boys in the first match of this season UEFA Champions League during the group stage of this season's competition and of course the subsequent defeat to David Moye’s West Ham side which resulted to the Red Devils crashing out of this season's Carabao cup competition.

The apparent, subsequent, message received from Manchester United football club through various actions on social media suggests that the club continues to back current Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer according to the continuous positive activities seen inside Manchester United football club at the moment and during the past few months.

The new 3-year contract signed by Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer during the early stages of the 2021 summer season clearly ends the conversation of the Red Devils instigating another managerial change at least until the end of December 2021.

At the moment, the information received here at Manchester United channel suggests the higher powers in charge at Manchester United remain fully trusting and fully committed to supporting Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in carrying out the current project of taking Manchester United to the top of the table in the English Premier League and the project of leading Manchester United to achieve the big goal of becoming champions in the UEFA Champions League competition.

While a healthy portion of football analysts and a healthy portion of Manchester United supporters continue to echo the message of Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer not living up to the standards expected from any Manchester United manager, the information coming out of Manchester United continue to echo the same message which is that-

Manchester United FC continues to stand behind current manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and this message is unlikely to change unless there is a drastic drop in the level of consistent results recorded by the team by the period of December 2021 all unless Manchester United video to achieve any major trophies at the end of next season.
